How do I request a pricelist?+
Use the
Request Pricelist form on our homepage. Tell us your business type and which brands you're interested in and we'll send across the relevant pricelist within one working day.
Do you sell to consumers (retail customers)?+
Global Foods Direct is a B2B trade supplier — we work with retailers, wholesalers, online sellers and food service businesses across the UK. We do not sell direct to consumers from this site.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQs vary by product but are usually one full case. For pallet pricing or volume discounts, please ask when requesting your pricelist.
Can I see product samples before ordering?+
For genuine trade enquiries we can sometimes provide single-unit samples on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch and we'll do what we can.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept BACS, faster payment, and major credit/debit cards. Account terms are available subject to credit checks for established trade customers.

Where do you ship from?+
All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse in Essex.
How quickly can you dispatch orders?+
Orders confirmed before 1pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Pallet orders may take 1-3 working days depending on volume and destination.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
Our primary market is the UK. We can occasionally arrange exports to Ireland and other European destinations on request — please contact us with your requirements.
Can I collect from your warehouse?+
Yes, collection from our Essex warehouse can be arranged by appointment. Please coordinate with our team in advance.

Where are your products imported from?+
We import directly from trusted manufacturers and distributors in the United States, South Africa and France. We hold full traceability documentation for all of our brands.
Do your products carry UK-compliant labelling?+
Yes. American and selected international brands are supplied with UK-compliant overlabels carrying ingredients, allergens, nutrition (per 100g) and our responsible person address. South African products typically need a responsible-person address sticker only — we apply these as standard.
Are your products date-coded?+
Yes. Every case carries the manufacturer's batch and date code, and we will confirm available best-before dates before despatch on request.
Can you supply on a regular replenishment basis?+
Yes. Many of our customers order on a weekly or monthly schedule. We're happy to set up standing replenishment arrangements with agreed pricing.
Do you stock halal, kosher or vegan-certified ranges?+
Some of our brands carry these certifications and others do not. Specifications for each product are available — please ask for the technical sheet for any brand you're considering.

I produce a food or drink brand, how do I work with you?+
Use our
supplier enquiry form to tell us about your brand. We're always interested in hearing from producers in the US, South Africa, France and beyond who are looking for a UK route to market.
What information do you need from a new supplier?+
We typically need product specifications, certifications (HACCP, BRCGS or equivalent), trade pricing, MOQs and lead times. We'll guide you through the rest once we open a conversation.
Do you offer exclusive UK distribution?+
For the right partnership, yes — we offer exclusive UK distribution on selected brands where our investment in marketing, listings and stock can be fully aligned with the brand owner's commercial goals.
Trade accounts

How do I open a trade account?+
Contact us with your business details, including company number, trading address, and any references from existing suppliers. Most trade accounts can be opened within 1-2 working days.
Are credit terms available?+
Yes, credit terms are available subject to satisfactory references and credit checks.
Can I see a full product catalogue?+
Yes. A full pricelist with current SKUs, pack sizes and case configurations is available on request.
